On the morning of Wednesday June 27th an Armed group of men launched a raid against the headqarters of the Syrian TV channel Al-Akhbariya, killing seven employees, removing others and demolishing the premises.
The Voltaire Network was able to go there and meet with the staff of Al-Akhbariya and observe the damage that was done.
Since the beginning of the attempt to destablize Syria 15months ago, Several Syrian journalists have been attacked, kidnapped or killed by the Free Syrian Army (the rebels)
